Fauna Gille, T.C.R.G., Owner & Director

faunabiopic100.jpgFauna is a former championship level dancer and accomplished performer. After qualifying to compete in the World Championships in 2002, Fauna retired from competitive dancing to focus on her teaching career. Since passing her T.C.R.G. examinations in early 2004 Fauna has sent many dancers to the Midwest Regional, North American, All-Ireland, and World Championships.  Irish dance is a true passion for Fauna as evidenced by her hands-on approach in directing corda mór and her recent co-founding of an Irish dance costuming company, Fauna Gille Designs. Fauna loves working with children and enjoys the challenge of motivating them to be the best they can be!

Kailey Shern, Primary Instructor

kailey.jpgKailey began Irish step dancing 14 years ago at the age of five. She has travelled and competed throughout the US receiving distinguished placements at competitions such as the North American National Championships and the Midwest Oireachtas. She is an extremely energetic and diligent teacher and believes first and foremost it is important that the kids are having fun dancing.

Mary Trojack, Primary Instructor

mary_t100.jpgNew to corda mór this year, Mary Trojack danced at the championship level, competing at All Irelands, Great Brits, Nationals, Oireachtas and Worlds. "My last competition was Worlds. After I danced my recall round there, I was more than ready to retire and take a break! I have great memories from both both competing and performing, and I was so excited when Fauna invited me to help teach a class at her school. I have been very impressed with the corda mór dancers. They are not only talented and hardworking but they have such positive attitudes. It has been so much fun to work with them!"

Kellan Carney & Erin Curran, Assistant Instructors

Kellan and Erin are accomplished dancers, as well as energetic and knowledgeable teachers!  They share their talents and experience with our Beginner thru Accelerated Classes.
